Responsibilities

Perform daily operational processes for unit trust (UT) products, including subscription, redemption, switching, and transfer.

Handle daily bond operations, including order processing and Free of Payment (FOP) instructions with custodians.

Perform unit allocation and ensure accurate and timely processing of client transactions.

Submit orders to fund houses, custodians, and relevant counterparties.

Handle corporate actions across various products and markets, particularly for unit trusts and bonds.

Manage client account approval, maintenance, and updates in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and update fund-related documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the operations team and assist the manager when needed.

Participate in system enhancement initiatives, including project discussions and user acceptance testing (UAT), to improve operational workflows.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or academic project experience will be an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.

Responsive, professional, and proactive in communication.

Self-motivated and able to multi-task.

High level of attention to detail, hardworking, and strong sense of responsibility.

Able to work independently, reliable, and takes initiative.
