What you'll be doing?

Strategic Leadership : Design and implement business strategies to grow sales and profitability for both principal and house product lines.

Financial Management : Take responsibility for the financial performance of the business unit, including effective debt collection and credit exposure management.

Team Development : Ensure optimal staffing, motivate your team, and create a positive work atmosphere that drives productivity.

Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities, leveraging your insights to drive business growth and mitigate risks.

Operational Excellence : Provide guidance on sales operation workflow efficiency and continuously improve key performance indicators.

Relationship Building : Develop strong business relationships with principals and key customers through regular market visitations.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background : An MBA or degree in Business Management or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to business leadership.

Industry Experience : 10-15 years in a leadership role within the FMCG sector, preferably in the alcohol industry, showcasing your expertise in the field.

Leadership Skills : Strong leadership capabilities and work ethics, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Communication Prowess : Confident and clear communicator with outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Adaptability : Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and react decisively to unforeseen challenges.

Language Proficiency : Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders in the Malaysian market.
