Responsibilities

• Recruit potential voice agencies & anchors through online and offline channels.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies and anchors, supporting the "Voice+" ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to promote apps, events, and user growth.
• Conduct offline meetings with agencies and anchors to gather feedback and strengthen cooperation.
• Assist in training, guiding, and daily management of agencies.
