Finance Executive (财务主管)

System Integration and Financial Process Management : Responsible for the daily integration and data synchronization between the Malaysian financial system and the China headquarters management system, ensuring system operation. Maintaining the accuracy of local financial data and assisting headquarters with the completion of cross-border financial consolidation reports.

Tax Compliance and Reporting : Assisting the Malaysian company in establishing tax registration for youth and monthly / annual tax compliance, ensuring 100% compliance.

Financial Operations Support : Applying for tax incentives, managing local bank accounts, tax and basic accounting, and reviewing daily expense reimbursements. Assisting headquarters with the annual audit and tax review in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field;
• At least three years of comprehensive financial operations experience, including tax filing and transfer pricing reporting in Malaysia. Proficient in Malaysia's Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and SST tax system, and the ability to independently complete tax filings. Experience integrating the financial systems of multinational corporations and familiarity with the China-Malaysia financial data integration process.
• Language proficiency : English & Mandarin is an added advantage.
