Senior Data Processing Specialist

Overview

EPAM Systems Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is hiring a Senior Data Processing Specialist to expand and guide our content-building team. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience managing small teams, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client and internal teams. While prior experience with content building, management, or migration is an advantage, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a stream of 3–4 team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and high-quality deliverables
• Build and support products in a custom-developed CMS across the full lifecycle — from staging to deactivation
• Coordinate the launch of products, offerings and both B2B and B2C campaigns
• Collaborate closely with client Marketing, Content, Accounting, Fulfillment, Engineering and strategic teams
• Verify product details with business and technical stakeholders across 30+ countries and local agencies
• Perform test checkouts to validate the user journey and ensure smooth product experiences
• Contribute to the knowledge base (KB) and known error database (KEDB)
• Participate in regular syncs and campaign consistency checks
