We are looking for a Cantonese-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through multiple support channels.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional support to customers via email, chat, and phone .
Handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively while maintaining a high level of service.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and ensure customer success.
Accurately document and update customer records in the system.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and share feedback with the team.
Ensure all interactions meet company standards for quality and professionalism.
Requirements
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule .
Comfortable working onsite at Livingston, George Town, Penang
Previous customer service or customer success experience is an added advantage.
