Process Executive - Ecommerce

Experience : 0-3 years (good to have e-commerce experience)

Language : Must be proficient in English and good in communication.

Immediate joiners (or with short notice period preferred)

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to e-commerce customers via various channels (phone, email, instant messaging).
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis, market research, and understanding customer behavior.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and often an advantage if proficient in regional languages (e.g., Chinese).
• Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, and manage multiple deadlines.
