Position Responsibilities
- Lead or drive product development projects (innovation & renovation) according to the NPD process for product, process, and packaging (Basic+).
- Ensure launched products meet brand & marketing needs, internal & external requirements, food safety, quality, and regulations. Ensure change management is executed and achieves high technical standards.
- Lead or drive continuous improvement (CI) projects within the scope of product, process, and operational technical areas. Support CI projects under the Quality & Compliance pillar. Collaborate with internal or cross-functional teams for CI projects.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all technical documents, experiment designs, trials, test results, SOPs, and quality & compliance records for R&D and CI projects.
- Lead product market research, data collection & analysis, report preparation, and presentation.
- Provide technical support to internal and cross-functional teams for business needs.
- Support data maintenance for ERP systems.
- Manage laboratory operations, including safety, cleanliness, calibration, inventory management, and record-keeping.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by managers or team leads for business purposes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related science field.Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the FMCG food industry (beverages) or related field.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa.Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficient with MS Office, statistical software, and performance & efficiency applications.Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills.Self-starter, results-focused, able to multitask, organized, dedicated, and a team player.Own transportation and willingness to travel.Skills
