Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive products.
• Generate new product ideas and concepts in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
• Develop product specifications, design concepts and phototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and design, to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of product concepts.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to final product release.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee the testing and validation of products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Work with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects in the product development process.
• Prepare and execute product launch plans, including marketing strategies, promotional activities, and sales training.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and available.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data and market response to identify areas for improvement and future development opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development processes and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on project status and product development progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, suppliers, and vendors.
• Work closely with business operations, advertising, promotions and marketing team for ideations and creations on seasonal hampers.
• Ensure products delivery on time for production.
