Quality Control Support

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality control testing to ensure the integrity and quality of client\'s products.
• Record results of daily QC testing accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain QC organism strains to guarantee consistency in testing processes.
• Perform standard shelf-life studies for new media and shelf life extension studies for existing media.
• Prepare stability reports that provide critical data for product evaluation.
• Perform environmental monitoring for the factory to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage non-conformance reports and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and provide effective resolutions.
• Manage retention samples to ensure their availability for future reference.
• Maintain ISO procedures and ensure all activities comply strictly with regulatory requirements.
• Undertake other related tasks as required to support the quality control team.
