Address issues of non-goods received (GR) / invoice received (IR), reconcile and resolve discrepancy arising due to price or quantity (for PO postings), clearing of goods or services received clearing (GRC) accounts, follow up on approvals for vendor invoice management (VIM) system, coordinate and verify on vendors\' payment proposal and payment runs with AP Shared Service Centre (SSC). Support treasury functions such as cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers. To ensure the payment tovendors are arrange timely in accordance with payment terms, generate weekly immediate payment and any other ad-hoc payments. Compile and issue non-trade invoices and credit notes for cross charges to related parties and external third parties. Coordinate, compile and respond to various surveys from statutory bodies and any fixed / adhoc reports where required. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and audit requirements. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Degree in accounting, finance or related field; Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; Previous experience in accounts payable and treasury; Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies. Why B. Braun
