Finance and Administration Executive We are looking for a Finance and Admin Executive with 2 to 5 years of working experience to assist the Finance Manager on all account and finance related matters. Responsibilities include tracking and managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update accounting records and files. Accounting :

Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Accounting :

Manage accounts payable and receivable. Accounting :

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly. Accounting :

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Finance :

Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities. Finance :

Monitor financial transactions and reports. Finance :

Conduct financial analysis to support business planning. Finance :

Support in forecasting and variance analysis. Administration :

Assist Finance and Admin Manager on all office related matters. Key Requirements

At least 2 years working experience in the accounting, finance, or banking related area. Bachelor’s degree in finance or business-related fields. Other degrees or relevant professional qualifications may be considered if the candidate shows strong capability and willingness to learn. Well versed with financial statements, banking products and strong analytical skills. Excellent in written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as to lead a team when necessary. Experience in Building Materials, Property, Construction or Home Renovation industries. Proficiency in Mandarin language as needed to communicate with business associates and suppliers in China from time to time. Role Details
