We're looking for experienced Salesman take us to our next phase of growth. Currently with 100 branches, we are looking to expand at a faster pace domestically and regionally to South, North and East Coast. Key Responsibilities :
Assist in executing the company's sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Support the Sales Manager in daily operations, including team coordination and reporting.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients and distributors.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Represent Baterihub at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Requirements :
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) – Mandatory.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in batteries, electronics, or automotive industry).
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
