Job Descriptions :
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and timely mannerMeet individual performance targets while ensuring adherence to operational risk controls and compliance standards in all activities.Take ownership of customer issues, including follow-ups or directing them to the right department.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, or solutions.Provide excellent service by resolving queries on the first call whenever possible.Job Requirements :
Minimum qualification : Diploma or higher in any field (Bachelor's, Postgraduate, Professional, or Master's degree accepted).Experience in customer service or call centre roles is an added advantage.Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.Willing to work weekends and night shifts.Must be fluent in English.Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.Please indicate the below information in your resume :
