Base pay range

Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Entry : Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and external platforms; ensure data accuracy and update records in CRM, ERP, or reporting tools.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Prepare standard sales and marketing reports (e.g., sales performance, campaign results, leads tracking, customer trends); assist in generating KPI dashboards and summaries for management review; support ad-hoc data requests from management and department heads; ensure reports are submitted on time.
  • Documentation & Filing : File and update marketing materials, campaign documentation, and related databases.
  • Coordination Support : Liaise with sales and marketing team members to gather information for reporting; assist in preparing presentations, charts, and summary sheets for meetings.
  • Process Improvement : Identify gaps in data collection and recommend improvements; support digitalization and automation efforts in reporting processes.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Data Management, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in clerical, administrative or data reporting roles (preferably in a sales / marketing environment).
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Basic knowledge of reporting / dashboard tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines.
