Overview

Administrative Coordinator role at Bermaz Motor Sdn Bhd.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices for motorcycle dealers / partners and track payments; process motorcycle supplier invoices and manage payments within deadlines.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate records of all new and used vehicle stock using the management system and Excel.
  • Ensure all vehicle documentation, such as invoices, delivery notes, and licensing papers, is correct, complete, and compliant with regulations.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and audits to reconcile inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
  • Track and coordinate the movement of vehicles between branches, dealerships, or other third parties.
  • Daily checking of admin / front desk data entry and motorcycle stock listings.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
