The Group is at a pivotal inflection point transitioning from consolidation toward accelerated growth and value creation. The foundations are in place : a sound balance sheet, stabilized operations, and clear strategic intent. With the baseline covered, the next phase focuses on unlocking upside value driving transformation, strengthening capital efficiency, and positioning the Group for long-term competitiveness and potential capital market opportunities.
The VP, Corporate Finance & Strategy (Transformation) is tasked with steering this agenda. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader capable of integrating financial discipline with bold execution driving initiatives that generate tangible outcomes across funding, profitability, and organizational transformation.

- Build financial and strategic readiness for IPO, M&A, or partnership-driven expansion.
- Harmonize diverse subsidiary strategies into a unified, performance-oriented framework.
- Deliver measurable upsides beyond the established baseline — both in profitability and enterprise value.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Corporate Finance & Investment Strategy
Lead end-to-end corporate finance activities including fundraising, refinancing, capital restructuring, M&A, and strategic divestments.Develop financial models, valuation assessments, and business cases to support major investment and transformation decisions.Partner with the CFO to optimize capital structure, funding costs, and liquidity management in alignment with growth priorities.Manage relationships with banks, investors, and rating agencies to support the Group’s funding and capital market objectives.2. Strategic Planning & Transformation Execution
Drive enterprise-level strategic planning, cascading long-term objectives into executable programs and KPIs.Lead high-impact transformation projects focused on cost efficiency, digital enablement, and business model innovation.Ensure that transformation outcomes deliver incremental value beyond baseline performance targets.Establish robust governance structures to monitor program health, risks, and outcomes.3. Financial & Strategic Analysis
Evaluate strategic initiatives and investments for financial feasibility, ROI, and risk exposure.Provide insight-driven financial storytelling and strategic recommendations to the CFO, CEO, and Board.Integrate advanced analytics and data-driven performance tracking into strategic decision-making.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging growth sectors, strategic threats, and partnership opportunities.Lead feasibility studies for expansion into new markets, sectors, or business models aligned with the Group’s growth aspirations.Maintain a forward-looking view of industry and macroeconomic trends to inform strategic positioning.5. Transformation Governance & Performance Monitoring
Oversee project governance, milestone tracking, and benefit realization for all transformation programs.Facilitate quarterly transformation reviews, highlighting progress, challenges, and realized vs. projected benefits.Ensure accountability and alignment across business units to sustain delivery momentum.Foster a performance-driven, forward-thinking culture emphasizing agility, collaboration, and ownership.Mentor business leaders to enhance strategic thinking, commercial insight, and financial literacy.Act as a key advisor to the CFO and CEO on strategic priorities, capital market readiness, and transformation trajectory.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.Professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.12–18 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or strategy with proven exposure to transformation or restructuring environments.Strong leadership, financial modelling, and stakeholder management capabilities.Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable business impact.Seniority
