Penerangan pekerjaanBachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field. Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in credit control or finance related. Skills : negotiation, analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, listening & communication. A detail‑oriented person and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Assist in credit control administration e.g. evaluate creditworthiness of new customer profiles and update into the system.
- Handle and administer accounts receivable to avoid possible bad debts and ensure collection is up-to-date.
- Monitor ageing reports and coordinate with the sales team to ensure payments are collected within credit terms.
- Produce up-to-date report on collection effort rendered and including analysis and recommendations for the next course of action.
- Determine and evaluate potential uncollectible, slow‑payer or difficult cases by providing updates to relevant parties.
- Assist in handling the monthly management account closing.
- Carry out other duties and ad‑hoc assignments as required.
