We are looking for a skilled QA Executive to ensure that our raw materials, packaging, and finished products consistently meet specifications, legal requirements, and international quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Conduct sample testing, sensory evaluations, and review COAs before release. Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies. Ensure all incoming raw / packaging materials meet specifications and legal requirements. Implement supplier improvement plans, audits, and maintain documentation. Lead and train QA team members to enhance capability and performance. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on quality issues until resolution. Manage customer complaints and ensure effective corrective actions. Monitor quality KPIs and participate in HACCP, internal & external audits. Oversee in-plant quality control activities, inspections, and record-keeping. Support QA digitalization initiatives to strengthen quality processes. Job Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field. Experience :
Minimum 3 years in QA / QC within food or beverage manufacturing. Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with analytical and statistical lab methods Understanding of food safety principles, GMP, HACCP Problem-solving and analytical skills (QC 7 tools preferred) Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams
