Quality Assurance Technician

Perform in-process dimensional and visual inspections using appropriate measuring tools.

Identify, handle, and document questionable or non-conforming products.

Collect samples, maintain inspection records, and manage retained samples for traceability.

Communicate with setup and vision technicians on necessary adjustments and stop production when required.

Support material containment and inspection through the Material Review Report (MRR) process.

Prepare Certificates of Conformance (CoC), including customized reports.

Assist in data collection for customer issue investigations.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Participate in process improvement activities, audits, and team projects.

Carry out other QA-related tasks as assigned.
