Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Safety & Security Executive at Nilai Springs Resort Hotel. The Safety & Security Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing safety and security operations. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing security protocols, conducting regular inspections, identifying potential security risks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily based in Nilai.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Information Security
• Skills in Physical Security to monitor, manage, and implement security measures
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
• Experience in hospitality or resort security is a plus
• Relevant certifications in security management or a related field
