About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive / Account Assistant to join our team at MJ Material Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Bukit Minyak, Penang. This is a full-time position responsible for providing essential accounting and administrative support to our account department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable and GL, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management
• Processing of invoices, payments, and receipts
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, including bank reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and provide guidance on accounting matters.
