- Lead the annual budgeting process for each mall and office / apartment complex consolidating into a Group‑wide budget aligned with strategic objectives.
- Prepare and update monthly / quarterly forecasts based on occupancy, leasing activity, operating expenses, and CAPEX trends.
- Perform variance analysis and present actionable insights and corrective plans to senior management.
