We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Marketing Specialist
to lead and execute strategic marketing and communication initiatives for ASEAN. This role is responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing campaigns and effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute
regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and local market dynamics.
Lead integrated campaigns
across digital, social, event, and traditional channels to generate leads, grow brand awareness, and support sales enablement.
Manage communications strategy
, including PR, internal communications, and thought leadership content, to strengthen brand positioning.
Collaborate cross-functionally
with sales, product, and regional teams to deliver customer-centric marketing initiatives.
Mentor and support regional marketing staff
to ensure consistency and performance.
Measure and optimize campaign performance
, leveraging analytics and market insights to continuously improve ROI.
Drive digital engagement
by managing web, SEO / SEM, email, and social media initiatives across ASEAN markets.
Oversee marketing budget, timelines,
and agency / vendor relationships as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing
Communications
Business
or a related field.
Minimum
5–7 years of regional B2B marketing experience
, ideally within the industrial, electrical, or technology sectors.
Proven experience in
campaign management
marketing communications
, and
digital marketing
across multiple ASEAN markets.
Strong
writing, editing, and presentation skills
Proficiency in
digital marketing tools
(e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent
