Penerangan pekerjaanPartner closely with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, optimize margins, and enhance profitability. Provide financial insights to support data-driven decision-making and strategic business growth. Serve as a key liaison with the Group Finance / Holding Company. Lead, mentor, and develop finance team. Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture within the finance organization. Oversee statutory and management reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes in all operating entities. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities. Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) preferred. At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in a leadership role. Audit background (from Big 4 or mid-tier firms) is strongly preferred. Experience in the advertising, media, or digital marketing industry is a significant advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong capability to turn data insights into actionable strategies. Proven ability to partner with senior management and external stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
