We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day business operations, manage client onboarding, and ensure smooth delivery of our services. The role requires a strong understanding of our products, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long‑term business relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of company solutions.
• Provide product guidance, training, and ongoing support to help clients effectively utilize company offerings.
• Prepare and deliver onboarding reports, progress updates, and client performance summaries to management.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct onsite visits to clients when necessary to provide hands‑on support.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.
