Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day activities in the sales gallery, including attending to sales inquiries, explaining projects to customers, on-site sales, contract signing, mortgage assistance and after-sales service.
• Maintain the sales office, mock-up units and showroom in good condition.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Assist Head of Department to drive the overall sales and marketing activities.
• Spearhead and carry out product launches, including pre- and post-launch activities.
• Coordinate to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales-related documentation.
• Assist in the handing over of vacant possession process.
• Assist in the organization and execution of administrative tasks related to sales events, open houses, and promotional activities at the sales gallery.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as directed by the management.
• Average earnings : RM6,000–RM10,000 / month (or more); With commission – the more you sell, the more you earn.
