Occupational Therapist

Penerangan pekerjaanConduct individual or small group therapy sessions for children with special needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Learning Difficulties) Conduct relevant assessment according to the child's needs Prepare therapy plans and track children's progress Create engaging home activities for parents to implement Collaborate with experienced therapists to implement individualized goals for each child Participate in weekly case discussions and continuous professional development Hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary paediatric rehab setting Continuous support and on-the-job training Exposure to transdisciplinary paediatric intervention Explore career progression which includes in area of management, research & development or training Sponsorship for postgraduate studies or Occupational Therapy / Speech Therapy related external courses Diploma / Bachelor / Master in Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Science only No experience required – fresh grads are encouraged to apply A heart full of empathy and a passion for making a difference Willingness to undergo in-house training and take ownership of your professional growth
