To provide comprehensive administrative support to factory operations, production, and HR departments, ensuring smooth documentation, coordination, and compliance with internal processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Operations, Production, and HR departments.
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Assist in HR-related matters such as attendance, leave records, OT records, onboarding and exit clearance.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Support procurement and inventory documentation.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field.Around 2 years of experience in administrative roles.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems.Experience in HR support or factory administration.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work independently.Salary Range
