Train, motivate and lead After Sales Team to achieve set objectives and targets.
Supervise after-sales operations to ensure targets are consistently met.
Prepare incentive calculations based on revenue achievements or targets met.
Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems.
Ensure compliance with general and company-specific policies in all job functions.
Stay updated with job-related knowledge through research and participation in training programs.
Provide periodic reports to management on all after-sales activities.
Submit daily reports to management on revenue or P&L statistics.
Maintain contact with customers to gather feedback on product and service quality.
Resolve customers issues and complaints related to purchased products or services.
Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and increased returns.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and drive revenue.
Monitor contract details to notify clients of upcoming expirations and assist with renewal processes.
Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and publicity.
Liaise with Sales Department Head to align business plans and enhance after-sales performance.
Conduct pricing and contract negotiations with clients to define terms and maximize profit margins.
Job Requirements :
At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Possess a valid class D driving license preferred.
Proven leadership qualities : dedicated, diligent, tenacious, and performance-focused.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) preferred.
Physically fit and in good health, with a strong record of attendance and reliability.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Independent, self-motivated, and resilient in overcoming challenges.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proven experience in Proton or other major automotive brands dealership operations is an added advantage.
