Position Responsibilities
- To manage and lead strategic & transformational change across the organization and to transform management and operational way of working.
- To continually improve and implement efficient systems aligned to the business goals.
- To ensure stakeholders are engaged and have continuous visibility of projects.
- To define and employ standardized processes for effective execution of projects.
- Work with a variety of stakeholders to implement special projects & document outcomes and lessons.
- Research, prioritize & follow up on incoming issues & concerns including sensitive or confidential nature.
- Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Assist in preparing policy, research & analysis and related executive, strategic, and program activities.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the strategic office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
