Job Description of People Operations Lead :

Thoughtfull is seeking its first HR Operations Manager to support the expansion of our regional teams in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment. This position requires a meticulous and professional individual who understands how to help a business grow and scale. A positive attitude, strong ownership mentality, and excellent communication skills are essential. What you will do :

• Be the first line of support to the CEO and employees, including being the subject matter expert on all HR matters such as policies and benefits
• Manage entire employment journey from the pre-boarding to offboarding flow, including overseeing our HR systems, maintaining and organizing employee records as well as HR reporting
• Serve as a people consultant and partner to employees at all levels regarding HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor regulations in all countries where ThoughtFull operates
• As KL site lead, foster a positive and engaging work environment for the KL team
• Take ownership of implementing and adopting new people programs where necessary
• Work cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, and other departments to integrate people solutions and execute people projects and initiatives

Requirements

Basic Salary Range : MYR6,400 - MYR12,000
