Accounts Payable & Receivable
Assist in preparing, verifying, and processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
Maintain accurate records of transactions in the accounting system.
General Ledger & Bookkeeping
Update and maintain general ledger entries.
Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and up to date.
Financial Reporting Support
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for management review.
Administrative & Compliance
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Support compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Team Support
Work closely with accountants and other team members to ensure smooth finance operations.
