Account Assistant
Job Objective The Account Assistant is committed to ensuring the utmost efficiency and productivity in supporting the organization, while delivering accurate financial records and making a positive contribution to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to Senior Executive Finance & Treasury to ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met
- Ensure proper filing of accounts documentation and supporting documents
- Handling accounts receivable / payables related functions
- Handling accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents and other day to day operations of accounting functions
- Perform monthly SST submission and payment
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations against bank statement
- To ensure all general issues are properly maintained
- Responsible for general administrative duties
- Undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making telephone calls and handling email
- Any other matters as and when requested by the superior

Location : Plaza Azalea, Shah AlamStatus : PermanentWorking Days : 5 days per weekWorking Hours : 9.00 am – 6.00 pmQualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification in related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.Familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiar with accounting systemOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under minimal supervision.Willing to learn, work in a team, and take initiative on follow-ups.How to Apply
