Purpose of the Role
Drive operational excellence and innovation by leading a high-performing team, leveraging technology, AI, and automation to deliver seamless learner experiences, accurate reporting, and scalable solutions across Southeast Asia.

Requirements
Experience : 5–7 years in L&D operations, with 2+ years in leadership; regional exposure preferred.
Skills : Proficiency in LMS, automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and data analytics; excellent stakeholder management across diverse cultures and ability to lead multiple projects under tight timelines.
Mindset : Agile, innovative, and passionate about driving transformation.
Education : Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or Tech; advanced certifications a plus.
