About the role
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic team at FINICON VENTURE HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. in our Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur office. We are a multi-disciplinary group involved in Venture Capital, Trust & Will services, Investment & Retirement Planning, and Stem Cell Health Management. We aim at building professionals who can integrate wealth, health and legacy solutions for affluent clients. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and advancement within our organisation.
What you\'ll be doing
- Participating in mentorship sessions with senior advisors, trustees and doctors
- Building relationships with HNW clients and partners
- Identifying and qualifying sales leads to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Preparing and delivering persuasive product presentations and proposals
- Negotiating and closing sales deals within agreed targets and timelines
- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales strategy
