We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements, Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, creators, and content partners (especially TikTok‑based)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to maximize their performance
• Monitor affiliate campaigns, track conversions, and analyze KPIs to optimize ROI
• Work closely with influencers and affiliate content creators to provide assets and guidance
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms with affiliates
• Use affiliate platforms to manage tracking and reporting
• Plan and execute seasonal or product‑based affiliate campaigns to drive sales
• Ensure all affiliate content complies with brand guidelines and marketing regulations
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to provide engaging content for affiliates
• Report weekly / monthly performance and suggest strategies to grow the affiliate channel
