Business Development Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Knowledge of agriculture or fertilizer products (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team Willing to travel extensively throughout West Malaysia (Company vehicle provided) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia Competitive salary 5-day work week Career advancement opportunities
Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for our fertilizer products
- Conduct commercial trials and provide field advisory services to existing and potential customers
- Visit estates, farms, and dealers to promote products and provide technical extension services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including farmers, distributors, and plantation owners
- Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform business strategies
- Organize and participate in promotional events, farmer meetings, and crop clinics
- Prepare quotations and proposals for customers based on profit-oriented objectives
- Monitor customer delivery status and payment collection
- Submit regular reports on sales activities and market developments
