Technical knowledge of waterproofing materials and applications (training will be provided if required). Ability to handle project specifications, tenders, and site-related requirements. Good problem-solving and customer-service mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools. Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable, eager to learn, and a strong team player. Overview
Business Development Executive (Waterproofing)
- Drive customer acquisition by exploring new opportunities in the hardware industry and other relevant sectors (B2B and B2C) for the company’s waterproofing products.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote solutions and close sales.
- Manage project specifications, tender submissions, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Provide first-line technical consultation and solutions for customer enquiries, site issues, and product applications.
- Deliver product knowledge and technical training sessions to internal sales teams and channel partners.
- Support after-sales service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports; update management on pipeline activities and customer feedback.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to promote company products.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Assistant Manager or Management.
