Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle sales enquiries and prepare quotations for cabling projects.
• Conduct site surveys and attend meetings with clients / consultants (including outstation when required).
• Perform material calculation and take-off for projects.
• Coordinate material purchasing and liaise with suppliers.
• Plan and update site work schedules with the project team.
• Prepare and maintain material delivery schedules to ensure timely site progress.
• Maintain good communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Support project documentation and reporting tasks when needed.

Requirements :

Minimum education : A-Level / Diploma or above.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Experience in structured cabling, ELV, or ICT solutions is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).

Willing to travel outstation for meetings or site surveys when necessary.

Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Possess own transport and valid driving license.
