HomePro Malaysia is expanding, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and customer focused Sales Assistants to join our team in Johor Bahru. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in retail with one of the region’s leading home improvement and lifestyle product retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable home products
  • Provide accurate product details, answer inquiries, and recommend solutions
  • Process sales transactions and handle payments efficiently
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Promote special offers and cross-sell complementary productsMaintain store displays, product arrangements, and pricing accuracy
  • Support stock replenishment and delivery coordination

    • Requirements

  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking customers)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, customer-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Based in Penang (with flexibility for transfers within the region if required)
