We have an exciting opening for Senior Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager, to support the full investment lifecycle — from purchase and operations to performance management and reporting, across Allianz entities. This role reports to both the Head of Investments and the Head of Accounting & Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support on in-depth investment performance review, risk and investment limits monitoring, as well as investment mandate review.
• Support annual outsourcing assessment and agreement management.
• Support risk control requirements on Investments.
• Trade booking, reconciliation and settlement in SAP IMA (Investment module) and SAP CAP (Accounting).
• Resolve operational issues that arise between Fund manager and custodian.
• Manage the accounting activities during monthly, quarterly and annual closings (i.e. journal postings, reconciliations, transaction matching), including uploads into Group reporting system.
• Support on group, statutory and regulatory reporting in accordance with local / international accounting standards and group policies, including working with auditors during the year end audit process.
• Maintain up-to-date processes, workflows, and SOPs, ensuring adherence with processes and controls.
• Support / drive change projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
