Senior Account Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanPrepare and monitor daily cash flow. Analyse cash requirements and manage short-term funding needs. Monitor bank balances and liquidity positions. Work closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to optimize working capital. Track inflows and outflows, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve cash flow efficiency. Check CCCF and send email to NBS. Prepare slides for meetings. Chase payment from Nestle on a weekly basis. Handle stock adjustments if required. Follow up POs which haven’t been received from Nestle. Handle samples for export. Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned, based on business needs or management requests.

Responsible for maintaining accurate General Ledger (GL) records, preparing financial reports, and managing daily and forecasted cash flow activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
General Ledger Reporting
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP / IFRS.
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes and reconciliations.
- Generate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance) and internal management reports.
- Analyse GL accounts for discrepancies and variances and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
