Assess payment claims from Group policyholders as per stipulated benchmarks and requirements.

Responsible to handle payment requests from various parties (eg : 24 / 7 contact centre, Clients, Members, Sales and Others)
Ensure all payment requests for the special account policy are attended and resolved within the agreed timeline.
Meet department and individual quality target, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
Communicate closely with 24 / 7 contact centre and finance and ensure emails are responded timely.
Assisting team members within the team as and when required.
Assist on general administration and any special allocated tasks as and when required.
Seek to understand rationale with facts for better payment analysis.
