As an Analytics Developer at Mattel APAC, you'll play a crucial role in driving data‑driven decision‑making within our Global Supply Chain organization. Reporting to the Associate Analytics Development Manager, you will analyze disparate global data sources, identify patterns and trends, and report insights to key stakeholders.

Your work will contribute to enhancing our understanding of our processes, customers, and the broader supply chain landscape.

What Your Impact Will Be :

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and automated processes.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Cognos, or ThoughtSpot.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and design effective visualizations.
