- What You Will Do
- The successful candidate will take responsibility for the creation and management of commercial and operational communications campaigns in support of Swift’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs.
- Build accurate customer contact lists.
- Ensure clear and error-free communications by meticulously reviewing them.
- Build and send out communications campaigns.
- Create post-mailing analytics and analyze key metrics like bounce rate, click rate, delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Support the team with content creation and management of digital marketing channels, such as Swift.com.
- Who You Are
- A seasoned communications professional with at least 3 years of experience in a multicultural environment.
- Ideally, possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and various communications platforms, including content management systems (Drupal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Soft Skills
