Test and iterate on content to improve usability and accessibility. Maintain consistency in terminology and style across all digital touchpoints. Provide content solutions for complex user interactions and flows. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX writing and financial services.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 Years of UX Writing experience
- Strong Financial Literacy : Able to simplify complex banking and financial concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
- User-Centered Writing : Skilled in crafting concise, helpful, and trustworthy content tailored to different user journeys.
- Collaboration with UX / CX Teams : Works closely with designers, researchers, and product teams to align content with user needs.
- Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in both English and Malay to ensure clarity and inclusivity across diverse user groups.
- Consistency & Strategy : Maintains consistent tone and terminology across platforms, with knowledge of design systems and content standards.
