PLC PROGRAMMER (ENGINEER)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC, HMI, servo systems, frequency inverters, and other control system components.
• Create and interpret electrical schematics, panel layout diagrams, and system architecture using tools such as EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of machine automation systems in collaboration with electrical and mechanical technicians.
• Support on-site installation, commissioning, and integration of automation systems with production lines.
• Lead or support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) with customers, ensuring system performance meets specifications.
• Work closely with project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and clients, to provide end-to-end technical support from concept to handover.
• Ensure all automation designs comply with relevant safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Document all technical work, including source code, system manuals, and training materials.
• Open to overseas or domestic travel for on-site implementation, commissioning, and customer support, as required.
