The Person :

Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Master preferred).

10+ years of experience in industrial engineering in manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
