The Pall P2P Senior Analyst is responsible for managing and processing invoices efficiently and accurately. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the company pays its bills on time and maintains good relationships with vendors.

This position reports to the Pall Global Travel and Entertainment Expenses Manager and is part of the Pall Global P2P team located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and will be an on-site role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

Perform Employee Travel & Expenses Claims audit / validation tasks.

Ensure staff claims are verified in accordance to the control and compliance govern by Danaher and Pall policy, as well as SOX compliance

Verify, approved and ensure reimbursement to employees as per given SLA

Manage and resolve queries as per SLA

Lead or participate in improvement initiative throughout the year, by utilizing DBS tools to streamline processes and improve productivity and efficiency

The essential requirements of the job include :

Possess at least Diploma, Advance / Higher / Graduate, Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 5 years of working experience in P2P, specifically in T&E validation and claim process

Proficient in operating knowledge of ERP systems – SAP and Concur system.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
